To ensure global fairness and economic accessibility, we align our fee structure with the World Bank Group’s country classifications by income level, updated annually for the current fiscal year.
Based on this global economic classification, our approved learning centers and candidates are grouped into three distinct pricing regions:
Centers located in the United States of America, along with other high-income nations, are classified under Region 1, where standard base fee rates apply.

Important Notes for Centers and Learners
- Classification Review: Prospective centers and learners should review the current World Bank Group country classifications to determine the region applicable to their location and ensure the correct fee payment.
- Learner Registration: It is the responsibility of each center to register their learners with IBSP promptly upon enrollment.
- Payment Currency & Method: All fees must be paid in US Dollars (USD) and remitted via bank transfer directly to IBSP.
- Fee Adjustments: IBSP reserves the right to amend the fee structure at its sole discretion without prior notice.
